The POC was carried out during from September 25th to October 24 th 2022 at Terminal 2 East and West.
During the POC 506 passengers used the service with average user session length being around 32 minutes.
On average, 87% of passengers activated show route to a Gate, while 48% activated show route to a concession.
The most popular used categories were:
1. Dining (29%), 2. Gates (26%), 3. Restrooms (20%),
4. Shops (13%) and 5. Relax (12%)
29% of users said the ads on the screen persuaded them to make a purchase.
On average, each user saw 5.5 ads and 90% said the cart made their shopping experience easier.
